After a few years and several revisions, we have EVOLVED our Long Nose R180/R200 CV Axles! Increased strength for high horsepower, improved articulation for lowered vehicles, modular design for future upgrades, better sway bar clearance, and completely serviceable—all in a direct bolt-in package.
We took our design philosophy and applied it to a tried-and-true solution. The result is a CV axle that meets the needs of just about any Datsun. Starting with beefy, black oxide-coated 108mm Porsche 930 CV joints, heat-treated 4340 chromoly is used throughout the axles for its strength and resistance to fatigue. Zinc coating protects the flanges, shafts, and Grade 12.9 hardware against corrosion. Low-profile speed boots keep the axles compact and tidy.
These fully serviceable axles include zerk fittings in the end flanges, allowing you to extend their lifespan without completely disassembling the CVs.
Evolved CV Axles come pre-greased and ready to install. Our Datsun-specific flanges make installation quick and straightforward.
