On all Z cars where the factory seatbelt is mounted up on the C Pillar, this will be a direct bolt on. On later model 280Z's and possibly 260Z's where the seat belt is mounted to the strut tower, you will need to weld in a threaded bung at the upper mounting point. The holes are still there in the chassis, just not the factory threaded bungs.
